Measham & District Community Library is run entirely by volunteers for the benefit of the people of Measham and surrounding areas.

Library Services

Measham Community Library features a variety of items in our collections, from fiction and non-fiction books to audiobooks and digital resources. When visiting, please browse through our varied range of books to find something you love or discover a new favourite.

We have our own photocopying and printing service! We offer quality color and black & white copies at great prices. To add credit online, click the button below and have your library account number and PIN ready. We're here to help, feel free to stop by!

We have available for hire a private meeting room as well as the main library area. There is a kitchen and toilets, including a disabled toilet, that are available for hirers.

Join our 100 Club
Win cash prizes

Help provide extra funds for the running of the library as a Charity for all residents in the local area.

​

The 100 Club gives cash prizes every month.

The first prize is 25%.

The second prize is 15%.

The third prize is 10%.

​

Rules

For just £1.00 per month, you are issued one number from 1 to 100.

Each month, a member of the public is asked to draw three numbers.

50% of the monthly income is divided among the three winners as above.

The 50% balance is then used by the library for upkeep.

​

Knit & Natter Club

Every Monday, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Every Thursday, 7 p.m.–9 p.m.

£3 per person.

 

The Monday Welcome Club

Join us every Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

For a selection of games:

Includes cards, dominoes, and bingo (with prizes).

Half-time tea and biscuits

£3.00 per person
